Info from the RSA meeting + new evaluation and expenses forms

Dear RSAs,

Lovely to see you on Tuesday – here is some follow-up from the day which I hope will also be useful to those of you who were unable to attend.

Just received – a list of schools that have attended languages events, divided into regions and local authorities.  Please note that the totals are well below our actual delegate numbers. They only include delegates from middle and secondary schools, and only count each school once however many teachers attend. The total is over 1,500 schools supported since last April – what a fantastic achievement!

A list of RSA blogs is now on this site and I will put it on the all-nsc.org.uk site shortly.

The following documents are also on the admin documents page:

Updated expenses claim form

New evaluation form

Summary evaluation form

There is lots of information about dealing with finance and other admin aspects on the RSA guide page.  There is also the Admin checklist for admin tasks associated with each event. This is still up to date apart from the fact that you don’t need to write objectives on the new evaluation form.

I hope you all have a lovely summer break. Please don’t forget to send in invoices, expenses claims, report forms and evaluation sheets and ensure all events are logged on the database. We will be starting with a brand new empty database from September!

Kathy
